How it works

A clear, unhurried process with you involved at every step. You always know what's happening, what's next and what I need from you.

  1. Discovery call

    A relaxed 15-minute conversation about your business, your customers and what you'd like to achieve. If we're a good fit, you'll receive a written proposal with a fixed price and timeline within [2 business days].

  2. Welcome and kickoff

    Once you book, you'll get a welcome guide with your timeline and what I'll need from you, plus a short questionnaire about your customers and the brands you admire. Your answers shape the creative direction.

  3. Creative direction

    Before full design begins, I share the direction: a mood board for brand projects, or your homepage for websites. We agree on the look and feel early, so nothing later comes as a surprise.

  4. Design and revisions

    I design and build in stages, shared on a private link. You review each stage and send feedback in one place, and [two] rounds of revisions per stage are included, so every detail is refined rather than rushed.

  5. Launch day

    Once you've approved every page, I connect your domain, test on phones and browsers, set up the search basics and take it live. You'll get a short video showing how to make simple updates yourself.

  6. Care after launch

    I keep your site fast, secure and current, and you can reach me directly whenever something needs to change. Small updates are handled for you on your care plan.
